CI/CD & Server Infrastructure
Wired the CI/CD pipeline to route the dev branch to uat.rondev.com.ph/cosmetic-cloud, swapping deploy-uat.yml for deploy-dev.yml.
Established the final deployment flow: dev (internal VPS) → staging (client demo) → main (release).
Hardened staging and UAT deployment workflows for renamed VPS paths (/var/www/cosmeticcloud-staging and the staging.rondev.com.ph/cosmetic-cloud subpath).
Resolved CI/CD pipeline failures by configuring safe.directory, path checks, basset:cache, and storage ownership fixes for both staging and UAT environments.
Feature Promotion & UI Architecture
Promoted UAT to staging, deploying Backpack UI, n8n integrations, and slices 3-4 to the client-facing staging URL.
Merged staging features into main (consignments slices 1–4, staging UI).
Restored the staging Backpack UI on UAT while preserving slice 3 and 4 features. Reverted the consignments layout and admin/driver views to the CoreUI shell (dropping Tailwind partials) while maintaining driver delivery tracking, n8n notification summaries, insights charts, and UAT ConsignmentsNav helpers.
